Helen Elizabeth Burdett writes: “Hi, from Switzerland. Logan and I moved again this past January, so I could take a two-year position at the World Economic Forum. Halfway through, it feels like we’ve lived here forever and haven’t really gotten to live here at all yet.”

Haley Andreasen writes: “Compelled by adventure and a love for food in cool places, I road-tripped across the U.S. in a vintage VW camper van with Anna O’Connor. We picked up some new friends at a Wilderness EMT course in Wyoming. After that, we boon-doggled back to the East Coast, hiking in the Tetons, climbing in the Bighorn Mountains, eating too much canned food, and getting lost in Moab along the way. Then, Anna and I traveled to the USVIs to work for Doctors Without Borders; we ended up living on a boat and then coaching sailing. Now, I live in North Carolina and work for a cancer immunology lab – and I am loving every second. This summer, I hope to be bike-packing anywhere good bread and cheese are readily available. Reach out if you want to join the antics.”
Harrison Sweet shares: “Through the pandemic, I have been able to continue my work at a biotech agriculture company in San Diego called Cibus. I am doing most of my work in the Cell Biology Department, working on increasing editing efficiency and trait uptake in rice cultures.”
