Jack Schrupp writes: “I teach and coach at Phillips Academy, and in my free time I have been building a company called Drink Wholesome (drinkwholesome.com). We have taken a simple, brutally transparent approach to nutritional supplements by making protein powders with eight real food ingredients and zero additives. We are so proud of our ingredients that we list them on the front label. Many Paulies love our products – we do not compromise on taste.”

This past year, Santi Saravia has been training for skiing nationals for Pomona’s mogul team. He recently competed but had a freak accident, and broke his neck doing a flip. At first completely paralyzed and despite doctors telling him he might not be able to walk again, Santi has exceeded all expectations. He has been able to regain a lot of movement across his body and has already been walking a little in just two weeks. Santi’s doing great in physical therapy and already has hopes of skiing next winter.
A note from Finley Frechette: “Being a member of the Cornell women’s ice hockey team gives me a unique look at Cornell University and the balancing act that goes into playing Division I sports, and attending an Ivy League institution. I realized that this is something that could be shared, and so I created this podcast. This podcast is for everyone, including casual hockey fans, passionate supporters of Cornell women’s ice hockey, prospective students, recruits wanting to learn more about the program, and friends and family. ‘Over the Goal Line’ is released on a bi-weekly basis. The format is conversational, bringing both in-depth game analysis and banter by the nationally ranked Cornell women’s ice hockey team. I have also tried to incorporate my passion and love of broadcasting, media, and radio into this podcast to gain experience in the career path I want to go down when I graduate next spring.”
